New Luxury Shopping Village at Rose Hall

The latest addition to Montego Bay’s shopping arena, The Shoppes at Rose Hall is the new “must visit” for luxury goods bargain hunters. Located on the North Coast Highway directly opposite the Rose Hall Great House, this new attraction is expected to become the major upscale shopping facility in Montego Bay.

Constructed to create the vibe of a small tropical streetscape – the Shoppes provides an opportunity for the selective shopper to purchase exquisite designer pieces in a relaxed, stress-free environment.

The Shoppes was designed by architect Jeremy Milligen and constructed by Neville Daley and Company of Westmoreland. The project will have two phases, the first offering a taste of the exciting plans for phase two.

Phase one has 12 designer duty free stores showcasing premier jewelry and fine watch brands. There will be fragrances and cosmetics, branded clothing as well as high quality and unique souvenir stores.

Initially there will be a choice of three delightful refreshment “spots” on the Avenue: a coffee shop serving all Jamaica’s best brands of Blue Mountain Coffees, a chic full service international café/bistro, and an elegant gourmet restaurant. Entertainment will be a constant feature.

Transportation to the Shoppes will be easy as there will be a dispatching desk and concierge service to ensure comfort and convenience.

The new North Coast Highway is the main artery connecting the western tip of the island Negril to the eastern tip in Morant Bay. In between is the largest airport on the island at Montego Bay, a private jet air terminal, numerous, accommodations, restaurants, attractions and events.

With the creation of Shoppes at Rose Hall, the store owners of Tropicana, Bijoux, Jewel & Time, TajMahal, The Royal Shop and Casa de Oro, all investors in the shopping village, have made a major contribution to the local tourist product.

The Shoppes at Rose Hall will be in full swing in April with a soft opening scheduled for the end of March. An official Grand Opening is planned for the future.
